Official in country is Macedonian. I see no Serbian in kosovo. For example.

66485487 over 6 years ago

Art 1 says Macedonian in whole.
Article 2 and 20 percents.
So Albanian is official in institutions. Nothing new.

BTW for this kind of law is needed signature by the president of the country. President doesn't sign this law. And there are plenty of news about it 😉

You miss the whole thing. Official in the institutions and official in whole country.
Albanian is spoken in the institutions long time ago.

To ease communication with public institutions...

Official in the municipalities. Not in whole country. Official in the public institutions in those municipalities.
There is a difference.

Nope mate. Official in local level. It's simple. Anything else is provocation and it will be reported.

Official language in Macedonia is Macedonian.
Official language in Montenegro is montenegrin.
Official languages in Kosovo are Albanian and Serbian.
Why there are not marked Greek and Macedonian names in places within Albania?

66485487 over 6 years ago

Yap. Albanian or any other language is official in the municipality level, not country level. So naming of Macedonia in Albanian is via name:sq.

66485487 over 6 years ago

Nope. Albanian has same status as serbian, bosnian or turkish language. It is not official on whole territory of Macedonia.
