Bitte solche großangelegten Aktionen und insbesondere die dahinterstehende Interpretation der diversen Gesetze zuvor mit der österreichischen Community (österr. Forum unter forum.openstreetmap.org bzw. talk-at Mailingliste) besprechen. Selbst wenn eine Einrichtung gemappt ist, zu der man nur mit Zustimmung des Eigentümers gelangt, und selbst wenn diese Zustimmung nicht vorlag (ist sich der Eigentümer da so sicher? hat er mal eine größere Besuchergruppe herumgeführt...?), ist die Markiuerung eines solchen Ortes auf der Karte und ihre Veröffentlichung nicht rechtswidrig. Privatgelände und Privatwege dürfen und sollen bei OpenStreetMap erfasst und korrekt als privat gekennzeichnet werden (typischerweise mit access=private); ein Grundeigentümer hat in der Regel nicht das Recht, in fremde Meinungsäußerung über seinen Grund einzugreifen, und dazu gehören auch kartographische Veröffentlichungen. Ein solches Recht könnte höchstens aus dem Persönlichkeitsrecht hergeleitet werden (wenn es sich um einen Fußweg im privaten Garten handelt), nicht aber für einen Waldweg. Die Erklärung von Fererer oben ist eine pauschale Mischung von Gründen, stattdessen ist bei jedem einzelnen gelöschten Objekt der konkrete Grund anzugeben (z.B. dieser Weg ist eine Rückegasse und zugewachsen). osm.org/way/97193603 zum Beispiel ist garantiert nicht zugewachsen. Ich habe die Edits komplett zurückgesetzt und bitte darum, solche Hauruck-Aktionen ohne Abstimmung mit der Community künftig zu unterlassen (DWG Ticket#2021030110000131).

Hello joshk1, I realize this is has been a while ago, but do you remember what source you used to add the track on the northern shore of the River Nore? Way IDs 265130323, 265130318, 265130315 and the two little bridges connecting them. I reckon you must have had other sources than just Bing, since (at least today's) Bing imagery is not sufficient to deduct the existence of a way and bridges! Reason I'm asking is that DWG had a complaint from a land owner saying this track didn't exist but I'm loathe to simply delete it without local knowledge.

I've started to revert these edits. It is likely to take a few days. Stuff that has been deleted will be brought back. Problems might arise where stuff from the import has been edited by other people since; we'll deal with them afterwards.

Hello ManonVi, I know you have not created this area but you were the last to edit so assuming you have some knowledge of the region - can you verify if this is indeed a residential area as per the definition on osm.wiki/Tag:landuse%3Dresidential and potentially remove landuse=residential if this is not the case?

Hello RunTrails, the "issues" and "warnings" shown by the editor are not something that you should try to "solve" at any cost. There are situations where these flags are unwarranted. Do not blindly "solve" issues that your editor (or any other QA system) claims to see.

Hallo da-sch, in diesem Changeset hast Du irrtümlich einige Multipolygone entfernt und dadurch mit Buschland überlapptes Wasser erzeugt (deutlich sichtbar z.B. hier osm.org/#map=17/5 … 3&layers=N) - bitte korrigiere diese Fehler und versuche, sie künftig zu vermeiden. Wenn da in dem Buschland gar kein Wasser mehr ist, dann kannst Du das Wasser ja löschen. Wenn da aber Wasser ist, dann war die vorherige Lösung mit dem Polygon-mit-Loch korrekt und muss wieder hergestellt werden.

Hallo da-sch, bitte versuche künftig, aussagekräftige Changeset-Kommentare zu verwenden (osm.wiki/DE:Good_changeset_comments). Der allgemeine Text "Straßen, Häuser, Flächen bearbeitet/hinzugefügt" passt auf so ziemlich jedes zweite Changeset in OSM (Häuser hast Du in diesem Changeset hier übrigens gar nicht bearbeitet). Der Wiki-Artikel erläutert, warum korrekte Changeset-Kommentare nützlich sind sind.

If nothing else is found I would use the international tagging or talk mailing lists but that would also invite lots of people not familiar with NZ sensitivities. There is a low-traffic talk-nz mailing list (lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-nz) - not sure if there are enough people on there to be a representative sample of NZ community but maybe worth starting there?
