La 3éme edition du state of the map Africa (SOTMA) c’est tenu du 19 au 21 Novembre 2021 durant trois jours j’ai pu assisté a plusieurs panel et discussion aussi j’ai présenté la communauté OSM RDC durant une session d’échange et aussi assisté claireHalleux sur la session pratique d’edition sur le wiki openstreetmap.

l’experience de cet années au vue de la pandémie du covid-19 qui rongent le monde tout est devenue en ligne : est le nouveau plat-forme pour la tenue de la conference et aussi sur la grande ouvertures de certains panel et session en français, les nouveau ateliers sur des outils pour la cartographie avec osm surtout la mise a jour majeur de kobo avec des tags OSM m’a parue vraiment aussi intéressant pour la collecte des données et aussi des discussion sur le chapitres local de la fondation Openstreetmap et bien d’autres sujets intéressant , pour la communauté OSM RDC nous avons pu organiser des Watch party avec certaines des nos chapitres locaux ceux qui ne pouvait pas ou avait du mal a assisté a la conférence ont pu gouté a cette experience notamment dans certains province du pays et nous remercions le comité de bourse pour avoir donné cet chance a notre communauté, et que cela continue pour autant et vive la communauté openstreetmap africa .

The 3rd edition of the state of the map Africa (SOTMA) was held from 19 to 21 November 2021 during three days I was able to attend several panel and discussion also I presented the community OSM DRC during a session of exchange and also attended claireHalleux on the practical session of edition on the wiki openstreetmap.

The experience of this years in view of the pandemic of the covid-19 which are eating up the world everything has become online: is the new platform for holding the conference and also on the great openings of some panel and session in French, the new workshops on tools for mapping with osm especially the major update of kobo with OSM tags seemed to me really as interesting for data collection and also discussion on the local chapter of the Openstreetmap foundation and many other interesting topics , For the OSM DRC community we were able to organize watch parties with some of our local chapters those who could not or had difficulty attending the conference were able to taste this experience especially in some provinces of the country and we thank the scholarship committee for giving this chance to our community, and that it continues for as long and long live the openstreetmap Africa community.
