Is it gate or stile?

Is there really a stile here? If yes, then barrier=stile is missing.
If no then stile= for stile subtype makes little sense.

Is osm.org/way/353188455/history still under costruction? Then it should be highway=construction if blocked or have construction=minor tag if pasable. If it is no longer under construction, then construction tag should be removed
