It looks like there's a separate Wikidata item for Shopko Optical - see https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q109228833
\So if it is optician operating under Shopko Optical brand rather than department store it also should be changed (maybe new shop value, maybe new name, new brand:wikidata tag, see also osm.org/note/3820933)

Which value from osm.wiki/Key:surface fits? Is it safe to assume and remotely retag with no verification that it is surface=paving_stones? Or can it be also surface=sett or surface=unhewn_cobblestone or surface=tiles?
