I am planning an update of the Norwegian seamarks (just waiting for a data release from Kystverket). However, I will need to keep one set of ref's to the seamarks during that update.

After your recent edits, there are now 180 "kystverket:reference" and 20,505 "seamark:kystverket:reference".

May I propose that you either roll back your recent ref edits, or that you rename all 20,685 seamarks to "ref:kystverket"?

The tag itself is not important for me. I just used your tagging proposal back in 2018.

Det er fint om du kan følge instruksen for importen når du henter bygninger derfra. Blant annet bruke bygningstypen (building=*), og ta med ref:bygningsnr=*. Ellers må alt dette gjøres på nytt, og det skaper bare ekstra arbeid for andre.

Ikke bruk highway=service på veier i golfbaner. Det fører til at veiene anses som vanlige bilveier, og ruterne vil føre vanlige biltrafikk over golfbanen. Bruk heller highway=track eller highway=footway.

Pass gjerne også på at du ikke legger et nytt veisegment oppå et eksisterende segment. I slike tilfeller kan golf-taggene legges til den eksisterende vei.

You introduced a big offset for Gamle Svinesundbroen. The bridge was already perfect. Please correct.

Please do not use Bing - it will lead to considerable offsets in all your mapping. In Norway, use "Norge i Bilder"/"Norway orthophotos".

This update is indeed restricted to my local area. However, the boundary of the Kingdom of Norway, which was updated with a new population number, has a large bbox due to its overseas territories.

You are currently doing a large scale import from Mapillary. You need to follow the Import Guidelines (osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines), which among other things require that you obtain local community buy-in, that you draft an import plan and that you submit your plan for a review by the import list. Otherwise your edits will be reverted.

The E6 tagging is just absurd and should be reverted as soon as possible.

Anyway, we all want you to stop adding images!

You promised not to split ways again for your photos. Please stop doing so.

Just put the photo on a node, or stop adding them altogether.

I do not think these id's should be stored in OSM at all. If the highway is altered in OSM, concatenated etc then the reference is not correct anymore. Also, if the id's in the database are updated to new ones, the reference is lost (this have happened twice during the last two years in Norway).

Please stop splitting highways and other objects into many tiny sections. You are making it incredibly difficult to update the highway tagging later. You could create separate unconnected nodes instead.
