it's not acceptable to revert improvements ( osm.org/changeset/62344402 ) just to ensure that the history of some ways is kept. osm.wiki/Good_practice#Keep_the_history is nice to have, but not more important than any other rules.

This seems to be a more invasive change. May you please document at some place (e.g. Wiki) why this was necessary?

Rückgängig gemacht in osm.org/changeset/63867551 – Man kann nicht sagen, dass man das Tagging aufräumt und dann bei mehren Anschlussgleisen das service=spur vergessen. Vorher war's weniger falsch!

I've checked this in detail: The account has only removed very small PGS fragments, which are irretrievably broken. They are no benefit for remapping.

Do you know this tag osm.wiki/Tag:irrigation%3Dpivot ?
