42052810 | almost 9 years ago | Hi, thanks for your edit. Might I ask according to whom, or to what source, are the road priorities incorrect? Thanks. |
32051960 | almost 9 years ago | Hi abel801, thanks for your contribution. Way 354595007 (osm.org/way/354595007) showed up in data quality since no junction nodes were created for the ways it intersects along the way. Could you be so kind and create intersection nodes with the existing road network for this way? Thanks in advance |
39499784 | almost 9 years ago | Hi Davvan, unfortunately I've had to remove once again the lanes you mapped as individual ways in Plant City, FL, despite my comments in your previous changesets (e.g. osm.org/changeset/34004745). Please note that individual lanes are not mapped as separate ways in OSM; rather, the lanes tag in conjunction with the turn:lanes tags are used to specify road markings for turns at intersections. I encourage you to take the time to get familiar with the way roads and lanes are mapped in OSM (i.e. osm.wiki/Key:turn:lanes) to avoid having to revert your changes as that's time-consuming both for yourself and the community. If you're unsure about how to map something, please don't hesitate to reach out to myself in a message, or by visiting one of the many help channels available: osm.org/help. Thanks! |
43645400 | almost 9 years ago | @scai I imagine you are referring to the scenario where the mall is mapped as a node instead of the building tagged as mall. Even in the latter case, we're still left with the absence of a tag which can be interpreted to mean that the data is missing. |
43645400 | almost 9 years ago | @scai the opening hours of the mall are reflected in the mall feature, and the opening hours for the building are in the building feature. There was no data before, so I'm not sure how this can more confusing compared to no data?
|
43645400 | almost 9 years ago | Thanks for the info & feedback. The issue here is that the building and the mall features have been conflated into a single feature, and since we can't have different opening hour tags for the same feature I've split the feature into building and mall to better represent the data since –I'm of the opinion that some (well-commented) data is better than no data at all. |
43645400 | almost 9 years ago | As you know, edits in OSM should be verifiable (see osm.wiki/Verifiability). Your statement that they are "wrong" is unsubstantiated; my edit, however is verifiable through the mall's official website. You did not add the allegedly "correct" hours but simply deleted my data, which seems odd. Kindly provide some evidence that the information in my edit was wrong, or revert the deletion. |

42836639 | almost 9 years ago | Bienvenidos a OpenStreetMap. Cordial saludo. |
41900154 | almost 9 years ago | Hi, regarding your dual carriageway split on Nat'l Hwy 25, please note that your edits came up as issues/errors in data quality since you neglected to properly connect intersecting roads. The relation for the National Highway was not updated either. Kindly make sure all intersecting roads connect properly and update the relation to reflect the dual carriageway. Thanks. |
40791390 | almost 9 years ago | Hi Joshua, thanks for your contributions! Just wanted to let you know that your changes popped up on data quality tools mostly because the pedestrian crosswalks you added do not intersect the highways they cross. This is a problem because the intersection node also needs to be tagged as a crossing for drivers, and because routing engines for walking directions need these intersections. Lastly, please note that when you use the disconnect feature at an intersection in iD, all ways connected at the node will be disconnected. To disconnect select both the node and the way you want to disconnect, and then apply the disconnect action. Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch. Cheers! |
42531646 | almost 9 years ago | Bienvenido a OpenStreetMap. 41919157 | almost 9 years ago | Welcome to OSM. Regarding the dual carriage split you made on Carrera 65, please note that data quality tools picked up a number of errors from Calle 102 northward, as these streets were left unconnected. The carriageway itself was alse left with no name. Kindly fix and clean up this changeset. Thanks in advance & happy mapping! Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch |
40665831 | about 9 years ago | Bienvenido(a) a OSM. Ver osm.wiki/ES:Key:cycleway Cordial saludo |
39227349 | over 9 years ago | Hola Juan Sebastián, bienvenido a Open Street Map!

36328674 | over 9 years ago | Hola, gracias por tu contribución!
36015607 | over 9 years ago | Thank you for your contribution. When creating parking isles, please create individual roads for each isle instead of using the same object to overlap the service roads, as overlapping roads are raised as a data quality error. |
