In the Kilkenny city area itself, Bing is less defined and more misaligned compared to Esri Clarity and regular Esri (which is newer and easier to align with Esri Clarity). Compare also with the war office map. I would suggest checking your edits for any errors, like skewing the angle of buildings, drawing non-existing building parts, etc..
If you continue to use Bing in this area, please make sure you are using the other layers to verify.
