I guess this can be a typo, osm ID says: craft=gardening is a place producing or processing customized goods

I got the idea to use the place = square tag there. but it's too late))

I have not deleted roads with highway = living_street tag.
but I decided to mark the territory as highway = pedestrian because this road can be mapped by a polygon and shows that there is a priority for pedestrians. but if I'm wrong, then I will return everything to its place of course.

Thank you for your attention. I changed the geometry, I found new photos of these buildings in your link and some new ones photos.
But on this photos didn't see the new roads, would be nice if u will drew it around this building if they was changed - i guess they did cause on new photos i see new crossroads.

Hello my friend, I changed tag=building to landuse=construction because it is not correct to use building=construction for such a big area around the building.
We have old satellite imagery (Jul 25, 2014) where we can see the school building, and we have Maxar Premium Imagery where school building already was demolished.
Also we have April 2020 articles on the internet from about the demolition of the old school building
