I have not deleted roads with highway = living_street tag. but I decided to mark the territory as highway = pedestrian because this road can be mapped by a polygon and shows that there is a priority for pedestrians. but if I'm wrong, then I will return everything to its place of course.

We have old satellite imagery (Jul 25, 2014) where we can see the school building, and we have Maxar Premium Imagery where school building already was demolished. Also we have April 2020 articles on the internet from about the demolition of the old school building
