In the NE corner of Mayer, it looks like you're roughing in the location of roads in a future development, rather than really putting in off-road tracks? If so it'd probably be better to tag highway=proposed, proposed=residential. If you are local and know what the road names will be, that'd be great detail to add as well. Happy mapping!

Hi Doug, thanks for taking a shot at this! One thing I'd note is that I don't believe it's possible for cars to go through this intersection on 41st, so you should split that road and 41st should end on each outside of Lyndale and not be in the middle at all. That will also make the turn restrictions unnecessary. The road route relation should be on both parts of Lyndale as well. Hope this helps!

Hi, I divided Lyndale then did some edits for the crossing on the north side of the intersection if that's a helpful model. (Since there is a physical barrier, dividing the highway is preferred to turn restrictions) osm.org/changeset/152602089 Happy mapping! Brad

Hi Doug, you have the right idea with the tag, but it should have both highway=crossing and crossing:island=yes (see osm.wiki/Key:crossing:island). Before getting too far into that, though, it looks like Lyndale needs to be split into two one-ways where the island is, and 45th St split so that cars won't get routed through the island. If you want help on that, you can message me! Happy mapping, Brad

Welcome to OpenStreetMap and thanks for contributing. I see you added many golf-related features. I'd recommend you look at the wiki page about golf course tagging (osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dgolf_course) for some ways to better align with the best practices. For example, using the ref tag instead of name for hole numbers. It's very satisfying to get a course done--happy mapping!

Welcome to OpenStreetMap, thanks for adding to the map! One thing I noticed on this changeset is you tagged the Clear Sky apartment building as landuse=residential instead of as a building. Landuse could be used for the area the building is in (along with parking, etc). I fixed it, but thought I'd let you know since you're relatively new. Happy mapping!

Hi, noticed this changeset where you're tracing landuse right to the edge of the street. I don't think from a landuse (how it's actually sense it is usually very accurate to do that. The part between sidewalk and road is generally right-of-way anyway and owned by the government. Wonder if you'd consider keeping landuse inside the sidewalks in most cases? Thanks!

Hi, I see you simplified the Casey Creek way. In my opinion it didn't seem especially over-noded before and now looks kind of angular and ugly. But regardless, the result is a number of self-intersections in the updated way. Can you take a look and fix this? Thanks. I see you wrote on the wiki page this is "determined by consensus" to be quasi-national. What consensus was this?

Hi, thanks for your interest in adding data to OpenStreetMap! It appears you may be importing Anoka County parcel data. If so, please review the Imports webpage on the OSM wiki before continuing (osm.wiki/Import) This process is meant to ensure the effort you put in is worthwhile for everyone. For example, I'm noticing you're including some non-OSM tags from the source data, and probably using the improper tag for each feature (see place=plot osm.wiki/Tag:place%3Dplot). The OSM US slack may also be a helpful place to get advice. Happy mapping!

Do you have a source for this edit? There's no indication of construction in any imagery and the county property map still shows it as zoned as agricultural.

Thanks for adding the wikidata--is there a reason you can't add some other tags (like...name?) at the same time?

Hi, I noticed you added a hamlet named "Junction Switch". Do you have some documentation or reference for this name? Because otherwise it looks like a way to get a label on the map for the nearby railroad switch...

Thanks for adding this detail to OpenStreetMap! Wanted to let you know, though, that the tags building, building:level, and roof:shape are going to be more useful if put on an area (ie building outline) rather than a point. Happy mapping!

Hi, I'm not sure what about your editing style is causing this, but I've noticed a number of times where your edits caused duplicate/overlapping nodes. For example, see OSM Inspector: http://tinyurl.com/mw929x82 Would you be able to take a look at the highlighted areas and fix the issues? Happy mapping!

Hi, opening hours generally have both an opening and closing time--if you noticed it could you add? More info on opening hours syntax here: osm.wiki/Key:opening_hours

Hi, I'm wondering if this development is completed, under construction, or proposed? The way it's currently tagged makes it look like it's completed but the pdfs make it look like it's planned/proposed. See osm.wiki/Key:proposed if construction hasn't started yet, or osm.wiki/Key:construction if construction has started.

Hi, in response to your note, couldn't you just include separate values for "owner" and "operator"? Also, I noticed you tagging "access=yes" on these parks. While that isn't wrong, access is typically only tagged on leisure features when there's a restriction. YMMV though. Happy mapping!

Hi, I noticed the construction area you added in this changeset is "glued" to surrounding paths. Wanted to make you aware it's usually recommended to not do this as 1) it's not strictly accurate and 2) also makes future editing more complex. For example, see Ailesbury Park on the other side of Abbeyfield Avenue. Thanks for your consideration and happy mapping!

Hi, it would be helpful if you also added appropriate tags for the businesses you are adding. For example, this Holiday gas station would be amenity=fuel. Thanks
