Note that the wiki
(osm.wiki/Key:ele?uselang=en#Local_units) says:
"It's tempting to enter an elevation with a unit of measure ("3045 feet") but the tag must be in metres"

Rounding to the nearest meter is usually done when converting elevations to meters.

It looks like in this edit you make changes to road 806.

If my analysis is correct, this created a T in the "Lower Galilee Trail" osm.org/relation/3929958

In the future, please check the relations to which road segments belong before merging them.

I would therefore appreciate some caution before calling this revert "vandalism".

To your points:

According to

The Arabic name for node 278473683 was introduced in changeset 97218168 and was therefore included in the revert.

Similarly for http://osm.mapki.com/history/relation.php?id=1379484

Reverting the 3 changesets was massive task. It was difficult enough to resolve the conflicts that were created since the edits were made. Performing selective reverts was not a practical option.

Hi,

A relation of relation is a nice concept, but it has poor software support. See
osm.wiki/Relation#Size
and
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/21332

In the Israel Bike Trail
each way is a member of the national trail (network=ncn - national cycle network) relation and a member of one of its segments (network=rcn - regional cycle network) relation.

I suggest you use the same methodology here: The "Haifa Trail" will be a regional walking network (network=rwn) relation and each of its segments, like "Haifa Trail - Downtown", will be a local walking network (network=lwn) relation.

This changeset actually reverts changeset 97218168

osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix
are official.

Highways and railways use the construction tag for historical reasons

אודיסאוס is Hebrew for the mythological Odysseus/Ulysses. It is not clear where you could have found this Hebrew version for
the village name.

Please avoid translating names to Hebrew. Such names give OSM bad reputation.

Let me repeat the proposal to add a "proposed:" prefix to the nature reserve tag. This way, it is not so important who proposed this.
