The facts on the ground in several places show that the tagging was not done according to the OSM Israel mapping conventions for tracks.

Changeset osm.org/changeset/116260514 removed all added tracktype tags that not modified later on.

was converted into a footway and disconnected from road 87.
However, the service road remained one-way.

Should the service road be reconnected to road 87 on both ends or should the one-way tag be removed?

What is the source of the change you made to boundary?

The boundaries of military training areas have legal implications for civilian travelers. Please do not modify them.
The government source is 100% accurate.
In my opinion, it is also unreasonable at several places.

One way to make the army update the legal boundaries is to expose the unreasonable places on OSM-based maps.

There is nothing in the legal definition of a military training area that excludes the presence of a road in it.
In this case, the army allowed the train crossing to be moved into the military area and permitting civilians to drive there.
This is not different than other road sections on the way to the Small Makhtesh.

There is nothing in the legal definition of a nature reserve that excludes the presence of a road in it.
