Deletion of correct information is not acceptable in OSM and may be considered as vandalism. Please avoid such deletions in the future.

If someone would like to add the Spanish or Hindi name of a place, that would be just fine. That surely holds for the Arabic name of a place populated mostly by Arabic-speaking people.

By the way, I could not find out when was the last update of the background map.

Anyway, "רמת טראמפ" is included in the official list of Israeli localities.
