roller coasters are not railways. I understand the problem of a missing official tag. But misusing a tag for a very different feature (railways) is much more 'made-up' than using a correct tag: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/roller_coaster=track

it's not acceptable to revert improvements ( osm.org/changeset/62344402 ) just to ensure that the history of some ways is kept. osm.wiki/Good_practice#Keep_the_history is nice to have, but not more important than any other rules.

This seems to be a more invasive change. May you please document at some place (e.g. Wiki) why this was necessary?
