I think going with the signage would be better here as that's what's "on the ground"

To make this pathway more useful, it should be tagged with a feature type (probably highway=path) and connected to other paths & roads

I would recommend against doing this, changesets over a large area are hard to review

Streets should be added with the directions spelled out, rather than abbreviated (see also osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_.28don.27t_do_it.29)

Looks like you've also added one house in Eagle. In general, we try to keep changesets localized to a smaller area, as it makes them easier to review
