Relation Wildnistrail deleted by user Lo..., the reason I don't know

tippeltappel told me that the relation Wildnistrail was deleted by user Lo...
The reason I don't know. I do not add this again, because I spent a lot of time doing this work in the past. Lo... can add/complete it again, because he deleted it.

Ask the user why he did this.
If he did a mistake send me the relation ID and I will restore it if no ways are deleted or give me the number of the changeset.

May there are 2 relations for the same?
Relation Wildnis-Trail (162803)
Relation Wildnis-Trail (70989)
and a third that was deleted?

The original relation I added was 70989.

In the meantime tippeltappel restored a part of the releation, but
now it contains 11 not connected segments. As I added this relation it was 1 segment.
