In this changeset, created about 2 years ago, you have tagged tracks with tracktype=grade5. Over all, you have added tracktype tags for dozens of tracks in Israel.

I wonder if at the time you were aware of the OSM Israel mapping conventions for tracks -
osm.wiki/Israel#Conventions_for_Hiking_and_Biking_Trails

In this changeset you have entered elevation in feet for the Beacon Hill node - osm.org/node/747731716

Note that the wiki
(osm.wiki/Key:ele?uselang=en#Local_units) says:
"It's tempting to enter an elevation with a unit of measure ("3045 feet") but the tag must be in metres"

Rounding to the nearest meter is usually done when converting elevations to meters.
